If your order has not shipped yet, I can cancel your order! and you will receive a full refund :) ! ♡
→ Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes I accept exchanges ! The buyer will need to pay for a return shipping label. Please contact me within 10 days of the order's delivery.
I can swap your order for something else of the same or lesser value (or you can pay the difference for another item). Please contact me within 10 days of delivery for this!
I accept exchanges from any state or country / province, though shipping coverage is solely the buyers responsibility, Feel free to reach out to me if you need help, I can work with you to solve any issues.
I DO NOT accept just returns. Since I sell head bases I am not comfortable re - selling or risking a quality issue from a returned base, I will accept exchanges, and if a product is damaged I can assist with filing a claim with the postal service and offering a refund.
→ How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact Me
Visit my [Contact Page] or Instagram @NeopolitanPaws with your order number and reason for return / Exchange! (You can also use the shops chat button to contact me!)
2. Get Your Return Label
I will Email / DM you your return label. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
3. Package Your Items
Securely pack the items and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
4. Ship It Back
Drop off your return package at the nearest carrier location :)!
→ What if my order is missing items or something's broken?
Uh Oh :( ! I am so sorry about that. Please contact me directly right away within 5 days of delivery. Please include your full name, order number, and an image! Once verified, I will help to fix the mistake!
