- Please be aware I am unable to change shipping addresses after they are shipped. If you make an error in your shipping address please let me know within 3 hours of the mistake so I can fix it. I am not liable for lost packages due incorrect shipping information. If a package is lost or damaged during shipment please do make me aware and I will try and help, I am however, not liable nor responsible for these issues.

- If an order is lost or damaged during shipment and you’d like it to be replaced, you will be in charge of shipment fees. I do not accept refunds on heads that have already been shipped out without just cause. By Purchasing one of my heads you're agreeing to being aware that shipping can take from 3-15 days, If you need your order to be rushed please let me know but I do not accept refunds during this period due to it being stated in my descriptions and here :).
